Abandoned/derelict buildings would be interesting. I nearly suggested one on sheds, but I decided I should get to know the site better before doing any such thing! The competitions are great for ideas, and just fun and they're challenging. Certainly making me more aware and careful. What you did in that last photo of the week one made the building very dramatic.

Glad you liked the Forvie dunes - it's an amazing place. It has a rare, for the UK, wildness.

Hi Mudhooks, I wanted to say thanks for those comments, especially on the Brown Moss one - it's a place I've grown very fond of and... well anyway, it means something to share that.
Shame you didn't get an actual photo of the wheelchair, the mental image is great. My caravan guy was nuts. He was single-handed and his truck was rocking under the weight.
By the way, I recognise the name - I've dropped by your albums every now and then, since you started the hootoo one. You choose interesting subjects and I think seeing your abandoned buildings was a factor in my actually stopping one day to photograph the flax mill I drive by on the way to work.

Mammoth cave largest in the world interesting bit of history! Familiar with a man named Floyd Collins? Here is a little Mammoth Cave history!

Cave music from Indonesia sounded sort of primitive to me hmmmm... did you ever hear of Luray Caverns within which there is a some what more sophisticated Stalactite percussion organ exists . This was my first experience cave as a child by the way.

Wow! I can't believe you figured out what my little flower was! I'll have to make sure and post your efforts on it! Thanks.
I was familliar with lantanas ... and though it was simillar in the little flowers .... the bush and texture were not at all like it.
I'm sorry to say that I am one of those that you state in your "About me" secction. I don't know very much and just click away ... I am trying to learn! I enter the contests because it gives me a quick overview of what other people are doing. I DO recognize good from bad ... and try to learn from the good. I have found some good people on here that have been supportive and helpful in my learning.
Thank you very much for taking the time to figure out my little flower!
